Iva Kuštrak Managić graduated law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb in 2010 where she started her career as teaching assistant and enrolled PhD studies in civil law. Since 2015 she is legal trainee at KORPER I PARTNERI and since 2018 attorney at law and partner.
She is also European Trademark Attorney and professional representative for trademark, design, and geographical indications before Croatian IP Office.
Iva is a member of Croatian Bar Association, Croatian Chamber of Patent and Trademark Attorneys where she acts as the member of Disciplinary Board, and a member of ALAI Croatia.
She teaches Intellectual Property Law at the School of Design – Faculty of Architecture University of Zagreb.
In 2018 she was appointed the court interpreter for English language.
